My Story

The same principles that build strong businesses also rebuild lives.

For more than 25 years Wanda has worked inside global organisations — EY, Intel, Emirates and flydubai — as a CPA, commercial auditor and revenue strategist. Her work has always centred on the same question: why are organisations losing revenue and what can be done about it?

Outside the boardroom her story is just as formative. She lost her father young, became a breadwinner before she felt ready, and later walked her mother through cancer. Eventually she burned out — quietly, the kind no holiday can fix — and rediscovered faith, stewardship and a different way of leading.

That intersection of corporate leadership, business transformation, caregiving and personal rebuilding is what shapes the way she advises CEOs today: grow the business, but not at the cost of the people creating it.
