How to request a refund
Email wanda@coach-wanda.com within 30 calendar days of purchase. Include the email address used for your order and your purchase details so we can locate the payment.
Refund method and processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for processing. Your payment provider or bank may require additional time before the refund appears.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
